Born in Werribee and raised in South Melbourne, Anne lived for many years in Mildura in North Western Victoria where an early interest in the Arts was further encouraged by the winning of an art prize for Best Figurative Work at the Mildura Arts Centre at the age of 16.

She has owned and operated her gallery/studio Inspirations Fine Art. The Gallery exhibited her own work and those of other established artists such as Ross Paterson, Angelo Quabba, Mary Milton and John Bredl. The gallery studio was also the central location of Anne's art classes for beginners to intermediate students. Anne was the founder of the Murray Mallee Outback Artists' Society which was setup to bring attention to artists in remote regions and give them an outlet for exhibiting their work.

A move to Phillip Island for 3 years gave Anne a new inspiration, the ocean, a new challenge from many years of living in the outback. Her works and techniques evolved further from the massive geographic change. Anne has now moved to Brisbane and is looking forward to the many diverse landscapes awaiting her canvas; mountains, ocean, outback, city and rural.

Over the years Anne has won many awards and commendations in her use of all mediums - Watercolour, Pencil & Tint, Pastel, Oil, Acrylic etc. Her work has been published in the book "Mildura and Sunraysia" by Colville Publications and in the form of greeting cards with Art Publishing who have Australia-wide distribution. Her paintings hang in private collections throughout Australia and overseas and she is represented in various public collections including the Mildura Regional Gallery. Two of Anne's pictures depicting historic rural buildings in charcoal were acquired for the Mildura City Council's permanent collection.
